With percentage based pricing, we only make money when you do!

INITIAL START UP COSTS

INTERIOR DESIGN AND STAGING FEE: (optional) $45 per hour

LISTING FEE: $500 (includes photos, write up, and integrated booking system)

MANAGEMENT FEE: 15% OF NIGHTLY COST

(this includes guest management, cleaning management, and some maintenance management)

ANY FEES ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING THE HOME ARE PULLED FROM THE MONTHLY PAYOUTS. (ie., toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, billable services)
